What Does this MRI Test Result Mean?

I have on my MRI reports ... 2010 : mild chronic -appearing nonspecific white matter disease, likely represent ice of mild chronic gilotic disease. The possibility of demyelinating process cannot be excluded despite the lack of classic locations of abnormalities. 2011: tiny non specific focus T2/Flair signal prolongation within the left frontal centrum semiovale, which may represent early microangiopathic changes or small area of remote demyelination. 2012: Several foci of hyperintense signal on T2 and Flair Images are seen in the high periventricular white matter which are non specific. Foci of previous infection , ischemia or demyelination should be considered. My symptons: dizziness, fatigue, muscle aches, and pain, wake up every two hours to urinate at night ... Was told I have complicated migranes with aura because of the blurred vision and weakness on right side of body I think it is something else ... I do not have intense head aches I have tried to explain this to my neurologist

Hello

Hyperintense foci in white matter on MRI may be due to many reasons like ischemic changes, demyelination, gliosis, post traumatic sequel, lyme's disease etc.

You need monitoring of conditions that leads to ischemic changes like hypertension, altered lipid profile, diabetes mellitus so that further progression of disease can be halted.
Demyelinating disease is associated with many clinical findings and lesions are found in typical sites.
You need investigations like routine hemogram,RBS,LFT,RFT,Lipid profile, ultrasound of abdomen.
Treatment depend upon findings.

Follow up MRI can be done to rule out demyelinating disease.
You also need clinical correlation.

Get well soon.
Take Care
